Otto Rodríguez

Otto Rodríguez from Venezuela reports on the impact of a training in Rancagua, Chile, where around 60 pastoral leaders from different denominations and regions gathered to reflect on the shepherded life. Since then, several pastors have continued in mentoring relationships, started their own pastoral care groups, and expressed interest in bringing this informal training approach into their organizations to strengthen the care of pastors. Otto shares that the team plans to return in August for a larger event and continue deepening the training of new group facilitators. He asks for prayer for regional leaders in Venezuela and across the continent who can coordinate and multiply the ministry’s resources and pastoral care proposal in those regions.
