Summary:

The October First Monday Gathering of the GProCommission focused on cross-sector collaboration among those training pastors through nonformal pastor training, formal theological education, informal personal mentoring. Three presenters then shared practical examples. Rev. Sam Sundar Singh emphasized the importance of informal mentoring and peer learning. Dr. Graham Aylett described collaboration in Pakistan between the Open Theological Seminary (TEE) and Zarephath Bible Seminary, highlighting the power of relationships, relevant materials, and aligned purpose. Dr. Pablo Branch shared how Central American Theological Seminary (SETECA) partners with Korean churches to offer extension programs in rural areas, illustrating the value of cultural humility and shared mission.
