Summary:

The November First Monday Gathering celebrated two years since the Global Proclamation Congress II in Panama, reaffirming the vision of all pastoral leaders trained and every pastor a trainer. The meeting emphasized the link between pastoral health, church health, and societal health, urging participants to multiply the number and quality of pastor trainers worldwide. Speakers highlighted the need for collaboration among formal, nonformal, and informal training sectors to deliver effective, accessible, and lower-cost pastoral education. GProCommission staff reported that 1,717 pastor trainers in the GProCommission community have developed 298 new trainers and impacted over 77,000 pastoral leaders globally. Testimonies from members underscored the encouragement, connection, and growth found in these gatherings. Dr. Ramesh Richard challenged participants to expand local pastor-training initiatives in 100 nations, raising 100,000 new trainers and 1 million better-trained pastors by 2030/33. The meeting concluded with gratitude, testimonies of impact, and a call for participants to invite others to join the December gathering and continue multiplying their ministry influence.
