Summary of the Meeting:
The First Monday Gathering of the GProCommission delivered a case study on multiplying pastor trainers through the Dallas Global Proclamation Academy. This session showcased how Dallas Global, a three-week intensive training for younger, leading pastoral leaders from Africa, Asia, and Latin America, has empowered more than 357 leaders from 104 countries since 2005. Dr. Ramesh Richard, RREACH Founder and President, shared a compelling vision for a multiplication mindset, urging attendees to raise trainers of pastors who train more pastoral leaders, amplifying church health globally. Bishop Tshalo Katshunga, a 2005 Dallas Global graduate, discussed how the Dallas Global helped him develop the Advanced Leadership Academy, modeling sustainable leadership development. The engaging interview with Alexis Amin highlighted the power of intentional relationships in raising new trainers of pastors. Attendees were challenged to adopt a multiplication lifestyle, with practical tools like assessments and team consultations offered to spark action. Links & Resources discussed:
